Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: September 8, 2022By purchasing or obtaining works created by myself, be it commissioned pieces or designs, you automatically agree to the following terms stated below. If you do not agree, you will not receive work from me.If you violate these terms, you will no longer be allowed access to my services in the future.

ADOPTABLES & DESIGNS

-One-off designs created by me are permitted for commercial use but not the artwork itself unless discussed.--Species related designs created by me are subject to their own rule sets including my own personally created species designs. Please see the species information itself for these rules.-You must credit me for the original design and artwork.-You may not resell designs for more than their initial worth + any commissioned works. Traded designs may be resold at the price of their commissioned pieces.-You may not impose your own set of restrictions on traded or resold designs such as, but not limited to, retaining characterization or relationships established previously.-You may change the design however you see fit once obtained but the original artwork may not be altered without permission from me.-Refunds will not be issued for adoptables under any circumstances. Do not make purchases or bids unless you can absolutely afford it.

GENERAL ART & COMMISSIONS

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any given reason. This includes individuals below the age of 18.-I reserve the right to cancel commissions for any given reason at any given time.-I will not mimic artistic styles with the exception of well known/popular media or franchises on a case by case basis.-Turnaround time may be at least a month depending on workload and life circumstances. I will try not to take more than 6 months at most.-Commissions may be done out of order depending on type, workload, and potentially given deadlines. Personal work, trade work, and smaller commissions may be done as breaks in between to prevent burnout.-I will send work-in-progress shots at my discretion as each phase is completed or as needed.-Some edits may be requested in early stages. Major edits or edits requested in late stages may require an additional fee. Mistakes made by myself will be free of charge.-You are welcome to nudge me if you have not heard anything and progress has not been made in a timely manner. Do not harass or nag me! I will do my best to notify commissioners of any delays!-I retain full rights to the artwork unless arranged with the commissioner and stated by me.-Character rights remain with their respective owner.-Unless otherwise stated, I retain the right to repost finished works for self-promotion with appropriate credit.-I permit reposting of commissioned works with proper credit to myself.-You may edit pieces for personal use such as profile banners, icons, etc.
(PLEASE ASK OR NOTIFY ME IF YOU PLAN TO MODIFY THE PIECE ITSELF SUCH AS REDRAWING OR RECOLORING PORTIONS OF THE ARTWORK!)-I DO NOT permit seeking other artists' services to edit my art for payment or otherwise without my explicit permission.-You may not use my artwork for profit or any sort of commercial use unless previously discussed with me.-You DO NOT under any circumstances have the right to mint and/or sell my works for NFT or ANY kind of crypto currency.-You DO NOT under any circumstances have the right to use my works in AI technologies for any purpose including but not limited to algorithmic learning or generation of other works.

REFUNDS & PAYMENT

-As of right now, all payments are done through Stripe or Paypal invoice. I will ask you for your email to send one upon accepting.-Payment are expected to be upfront and in full. Work will not begin until payment has been received.-Payment plans may be available and will be stated at the time of openings or design listings. A 25% down payment is expected up front.-Payment plans are expected to be completed within the month of accepting the commission if applied.-I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund at any time for any given reason.-You may request a full refund if I am unable to begin or you need to cancel prior to work beginning. In the case of cancellation after progress begins I will issue a refund minus the work completed.-All sales are final on completed works. You will not receive a refund for finished work.-If a commissioner has not responded or is unreachable for over 1 month (4 weeks), a refund minus completed work will be issued and the slot will be forfeit.
